Centralia Outlets Code of Conduct
Centralia Outlets is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable shopping environment for all guests, tenants, and employees. The entire property, including parking lots, sidewalks, roadways, and all areas within the property line, is private. This Code of Conduct is always in effect.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly request your cooperation and courtesy in following all directions from Centralia Outlets Management and Security. Guests who violate these rules may be asked to leave the property. Failure to do so may result in criminal trespass charges.
Parking & Traffic
- Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Overnight parking and camping are not allowed.
- Yellow-marked zones are for immediate loading and unloading only; vehicles may not be left unattended without prior approval from Management.
- The speed limit on the property is 10 mph.
- Excessive speed, rapid acceleration, loud engine noise, burnouts, and donuts are strictly prohibited.
- Parking lots are for Centralia Outlets guests only. Unauthorized use as a park-and-ride or rideshare staging area is not permitted and may result in towing of the vehicle at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Guest Behavior
- Obscene, threatening, vulgar, or discriminatory language or gestures are prohibited.
- Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior is not allowed.
- Defacing, damaging, or destroying property is prohibited.
- Trash must be disposed of in the provided receptacles. Illegal dumping, rummaging through trash, or removing items from trash receptacles are prohibited.
- Loitering, blocking access, or interfering with guest movement is not allowed.
- Alcohol consumption or possession of open alcoholic containers is prohibited.
- Public events, protests, solicitation, or distribution of materials require prior approval from Management.
Personal Transportation & Safety
- Skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, Heelys, and similar recreational devices are prohibited on sidewalks and common areas unless covered under ADA accommodations.
- Possession of weapons or items that could be used as weapons, including firearms, explosives, fireworks, clubs, chemical devices, and knives with blades over 2 inches, is strictly prohibited.
- Do not leave bags or personal belongings unattended. Unattended items may be searched and removed.
Pets
- Dogs must always remain on a leash and under physical control and may not be left unattended.
- Guests must properly clean up and dispose of pet waste.
Photography & Media
- While on-site, you may be photographed or recorded. Your image or likeness may be used without limitation in print or online publications, on the website, or on social media. By entering the property, you waive any rights to royalties or compensation associated with these uses.
Property Use
- Climbing, sitting, or standing on artwork, planters, railings, landscaping, walkways, or other non-designated areas is prohibited. Please use designated seating areas.
- Engaging in any act that violates federal, state, or local law is prohibited.
- Centralia Outlets is a 100% smoke-free property. The use of all tobacco and smoking products, including chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices, is prohibited.
Reporting
Guests are strongly encouraged to report any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct to Security.
