We are seeking a full-time skilled Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, personable, and a self-starter. The candidate will also be capable of maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and the facility to ensure smooth operations. Must be available for the afternoon shift and be flexible in scheduling. 

Duties:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned
– Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical equipment
– Fabricate parts using various tools and equipment
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly 

Skills & Job Requirements:
– Valid WA State Driver’s License
– Liability Insurance Identification Card
– Excellent Driving Record (DMV abstract required)
– Background Check
– 18 years or older
– Ability to lift 50 lbs.
– No physical restrictions.
– Ability to communicate effectively with all staff and customers.

– Experience in general facility upkeep
